Texas TE Bear Tenney opens up on USC, family connection on Trojans

Over the past week or so, a name I have been hitting on quite a bit has been class of 2025 Lucas (Tex.) Lovejoy tight end Bear Tenney. The Trojans have had Tenney on the board for several months now with an offer on the table. Just a few days ago, Tenney dropped a top-12 of USC, Georgia, Auburn, Colorado, Michigan, Ohio State, LSU, Oregon, Penn State, Texas, Tennessee, and Utah. The 6-foot-5, 225 pound prospect has only been in Texas a short period of time, moving from Gilbert (Ariz.) Hamilton this spring.  I made the short drive out to Lovejoy this morning to get a look at Tenney. It was a light practice today so there was not much to see in action but Tenney did provide some good insight to his recruitment and his thoughts on USC.
