Did get to see the Ironpigs in Columbus for the first time in 5 or so years on Tuesday. Got a couple of autographs on a BP ball. They had a 7 run, batting around 8th, but the game was already effectively over by then. But a couple of nice shots--one went all the way out of the park onto Nationwide Blvd. Did not go the rest of the week as the only free night I had was Wed, and that game was rained out. Was helping to run our local stamp show....

Tough loss. Soto hasn’t been good this year and they had a few trash at bats in the 10th.

Pretty much. Seranthony was really struggling early on, but seems to be getting back into a groove. Soto is the reliever that I least trust in the 'pen, though he's had some good outings.

The Fightins' bats were too inconsistent tonight. They got timely hits in the two innings in which they scored, but other than that, the Phils' batters were swinging at too many balls. They made the Cards' relievers look good.
