Top 25 wide receiver commits in 2025
Official visit season is nearing full swing as many of the top prospects in the nation continue to search for their home at the next level. Some of the best wide receivers in the 2025 cycle have already announced their college decisions, but a lot of top pass-catchers are still on the board.
Of the top 50 wide receivers, 14 are currently committed to Power 4 programs.
Below are the top 25 committed wide receivers in the On3 Industry Ranking, as of May 17.
5-star Dallas Wilson — Oregon
School: Tampa Bay Tech

Scouting Summary: “Dallas Wilson is a twitchy wide receiver with the ability to win at the catch point and some of the best after-catch ability in the cycle. Measured in at 6-foot-3, 185 pounds with good length prior to his junior season. A good athlete who runs well in the combine setting. Shows a well-rounded skill set on Friday nights. A functional athlete who has a noticeable bounce in his movement. Shows quick feet with the ability to cut on a dime. Physical and flashes strong hands at the catch point. Attacks the ball in high-point situations. Outstanding after the catch. Sticks his foot in the ground and gets upfield quickly. Has great contact balance and breaks arm tackles. Dangerous when working underneath and over the middle of the field. Caught 49 passes for 879 yards and nine touchdowns as a junior. Will need to continue adding polish to his game. Projects as a versatile X receiver with the ability to threaten all areas of the field.”

Scouting Summary: “Adrian Wilson is a bouncy outside receiver with a large catch radius and some of the better ball skills in the 2025 cycle. Measured in at around 6-foot-0.5, 165 pounds prior to his junior season. Flashes high-end ball skills on Friday nights and plays bigger than his size. Comes down with impressive grabs in jump ball and contested catch situations. Easily tracks the ball over his shoulder. Dangerous in the red zone. Effective at working down the sideline or over the middle of the field. Off to a strong start as a junior with double-digit touchdown catches midway through the season. Can continue improving his route-running and top-end speed.”
4-star Isaiah Mozee — Oregon

On Mozee: “Athletically Isaiah Mozee is very twitchy and quick in the short area. He can accelerate in and out of his breaks and is a tough target to hit in the short area. He has the mixture of contact balance and body control to make quick moves post catch and create space for YAC opportunities. Mozee even played some running back for Lees Summit High last year. From an explosive linear speed standpoint, Mozee is good but not elite. He has enough speed to run away at the HS level but I don’t know that he is a guy that will be a burner in the B1G. Despite only having good speed I think his fluid hips and stop/start ability will allow him to still be a threat at all 3 levels in college. Radarious Jackson committed to Tennessee on April 22, choosing the Volunteers over Auburn, Ole Miss and Mississippi State. Jackson’s relationship with head coach Josh Heupel and his staff at Knoxville was a primary factor in Jackson’s decision.

On Jones: “As mentioned above, Jones is as pure of a slot receiver as you’ll identify. His frame — 5-foot-10, 175 pounds — lends it naturally to playing in the slot. He had a productive junior season for the Spartans. Jones racked up 851 receiving yards and six touchdowns on 52 receptions. Scout’s Take: “TaRon Francis is an interesting prospect,” On3 National Director of Scouting and Rankings Charles Power said of TaRon Francis. “There’s not a very large sample size on him at this point, but he’s advanced physically. He’s got good size. Moves well. Has the nickname ManChild and when you watch him play, that’s an apt nickname. Strong after the catch, physically advanced.”
4-star Cooper Perry — Oregon

On Perry: “Athletically Cooper Perry is really well rounded. He not only has great stop start and straight line explosive athleticism but has truly elite athletic body control. Perry is fluid changing directions and can really get up and attack jump balls in contested situations. Perry has + speed and change of direction as a ball carrier. His high end lacrosse skillset is expressed through his contact balance.
