Updated Top 25 classes in the On3 Industry Team Recruiting Rankings

Official visits are underway for top prospects around the country as we enter the month of June.

Fourteen of 32 five-star prospects in the On3 Industry Ranking — a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies — have already announced their college decisions.

Below are the top 25 classes in the 2025 cycle, per the On3 Industry Team Recruiting Rankings. We break down which programs have the top prospects in the country.

1. Ohio State — 95.580

3 five-stars | 7 four-stars | 2 three-stars | 12 total commits
Top Commit: Houston North Shore Five-Star Plus+ CB Devin Sanchez, No. 5 in the On3 Industry Ranking.

Ohio State holds commitments from two of the nation’s top three cornerback recruits — Five-Star Plus+ CB Na’eem Offord and Five-Star Plus+ corner Devin Sanchez.

Its class also includes two additional top-75 prospects on the defensive side of the ball: Port Saint Lucie (Fla.) Vero Beach linebacker Tarvos Alford and Philadelphia Imhotep Institute EDGE Zahir Mathis.

Bellefontaine (Ohio) five-star quarterback Tavien St. Clair is a standout signal-caller in the class. He’s joined by top recruits like Toledo (Ohio) Whitmer elite offensive tackle Carter Lowe and four-star tight end Nate Roberts — the latest to pledge to the Buckeyes.

2. LSU — 94.338

2 five-stars | 8 four-stars | 1 three-star | 11 total commits
Top Commit: Belleville (Mich.) Five-Star Plus+ QB Bryce Underwood, No. 1 in the On3 Industry Ranking.

Of LSU’s 11 pledges, 10 check in as blue-chip prospects in the On3 Industry Ranking. The class features two five-stars (QB Bryce Underwood and RB Harlem Berry) and eight four-star prospects. Five-Star Plus+ wide receiver Dakorien Moore decommitted in May.

Eight of the 11 future Tigers hail from the state of Louisiana, a recruiting priority for head coach Brian Kelly since he took over. In 2024, LSU signed 13 of the state’s top 17 prospects, including nine of the top 10.

Eight are projected to play on the offensive side of the ball at the next level, while cornerback Jaboree Antoine and linebackers Keylan Moses and Charles Ross represent the defense.

3. USC — 94.189

3 five-stars | 5 four-stars | 4 three-stars | 12 total commits
Top Commit: Manchester (Ga.) Five-Star Plus+ DL Justus Terry, No. 7 in the On3 Industry Ranking.

It was a successful March 24 for USC as four USC commitments came on that day. Manchester (Ga.) five-star defensive lineman Justus Terry started things off by flipping from in-state Georgia. He was joined by Warner Robins (Ga.) five-star EDGE Isaiah Gibson, Jacksonville (Fla.) Mandarin top-60 safety Hylton Stubbs and Austin (Texas) Lake Travis defensive lineman Gus Cordova.

Carrollton (Ga.) five-star quarterback Julian Lewis is a comparatively long-time member of this USC class, having pledged to the Trojans back in August.

Since March 24, USC has picked up commitments from San Clemente (Calif.) top-85 linebacker Matai Tagoa’i, Colleyville (Texas) Southlake Carroll four-star running back Riley Wormley, Baltimore City College three-star receiver Romero Ison, Dinwiddie (Va.) County On300 four-star running back Harry Dalton, Chattanooga (Tenn.) Oakland three-star athlete Daune Morris Upland (Calif.), four-star cornerback Trestin Castro and Bellevue (Wash.) three-star interior offensive lineman Willi Wascher.

4. Clemson — 93.444

1 five-star | 8 four-stars | 1 three-star | 11 total commits
Top Commit: Norfolk (Va.) five-star EDGE Ari Watford, No. 32 in the On3 Industry Ranking.

Clemson’s 11-man class consists of 10 blue-chip prospects, including the nation’s No. 32 recruit in Norfolk (Va.) Maury four-star EDGE Ari Watford. Watford pledged to the Tigers near the end of January.

Nine additional four-star recruits are committed to the Tigers, including: Durham (N.C.) Southern defensive lineman Isaiah Campbell, Lynchburg (Va.) Liberty Christian Academy running back Gideon Davidson, Lake City (S.C.) South Florence defensive lineman Amare Adams, Buford (Ga.) offensive tackle Brayden Jacobs, Lawrence (Mass.) Central Catholic quarterback Blake Hebert, Savannah (Ga.) Christian Prep tight end Logan Brooking and Woodbridge (Va.) Freedom four-star wide receiver Carleton Preston.

5. Notre Dame — 93.383

0 five-stars | 13 four-stars | 9 three-stars | 22 total commits
Top Commit: Wallingford (Conn.) Choate Rosemary Hall four-star offensive tackle Will Black, No. 52 in the On3 Industry Ranking.

Wallingford (Conn.) Choate Rosemary Hall four-star offensive tackle Will Black continues to rise in the rankings. The star pass-protector ranks No. 5 overall as a five-star prospect in the On300.

The 22-man class consists of 13 blue-chip prospects, including No. 7 quarterback Lucedale (Miss.) George County four-star Deuce Knight. Knight committed to the Irish in September.

Winter Garden (Fla.) West Orange four-star safety Ivan Taylor joins Indianapolis Ben Davis four-star cornerback Mark Zackery and Chicago Simeon four-star EDGE Christopher Burgess in the top 100.

Tampa Berkeley Prep four-star safety Dallas Golden, the No. 107 prospect in the On3 Industry Ranking, committed in late April. Green Bay (Wis.) Notre Dame De La Baie tight end James Flanigan also ranks inside the top 200 of the On3 Industry Ranking.

6. Georgia — 92.273

1 five-star | 7 four-stars | 1 three-star | 9 total commits
Top Commit: Folkston (Ga.) Camden five-star TE Elyiss Williams, No. 23 in the On3 Industry Ranking.

Of Georgia’s nine commitments, six project to the offensive side of the ball and three are expected to play defense at the next level. Five-star tight end Elyiss Williams and four-star New Jersey-based EDGE Darren Ikinnagbon both rank in the top 100 in the country. Six of the nine commitments hail from the Peach State, with an average distance from Athens of just 239.4 miles.

The latest additions to the class for Georgia include: four-star offensive lineman Mason Short, a one-time Alabama commit who reopened his recruitment when Nick Saban retired; four-star quarterback Ryan Montgomery; and four-star wide receiver/athlete Thomas Blackshear.

7. Oregon — 92.267

1 five-star | 6 four-stars | 0 three-stars | 7 total commits
Top Commit: Tampa Bay Tech five-star WR Dallas Wilson, No. 26 in the On3 Industry Ranking.

Tampa Bay Tech five-star wide receiver Dallas Wilson headlines the class for Oregon, ranking No. 26 in the On3 Industry Ranking. He’s joined by San Diego (Calif.) Lincoln four-star quarterback Akili Smith Jr., Santa Ana (Calif.) Mater Dei four-star linebacker Nasir Wyatt and Belleville (Ill.) Althoff Catholic four-star athlete Dierre Hill in the top 175.

Also currently committed to the Ducks are Lee’s Summit (Mo.) North four-star receiver Isaiah Mozee, Concord (Calif.) De La Salle four-star defensive lineman Matthew Johnson and Scottsdale (Ariz.) Notre Dame Prep four-star receiver Cooper Perry.

8. Alabama — 92.210

0 five-stars | 8 four-stars | 2 three-stars | 10 total commits
Top Commit: Eastman (Ga.) Dodge County four-star ATH Darrell Johnson, No. 43 in the On3 Industry Ranking.

Alabama’s 10-man class is led by Eastman (Ga.) Dodge County four-star athlete Darrell Johnson, who committed to the Tide in March.

Alabama commits Selma (Ala.) Southside four-star athlete Derick Smith and Montgomery (Ala.) Carver four-star running back Anthony Rogers both rank inside the top 125.

Saraland (Ala.) four-star defensive lineman Antonio Coleman flipped from Alabama to Auburn in December before returning his allegiances to Tuscaloosa in early March. Denton (Md.) North Caroline four-star athlete Zymear Smith and Los Angeles Mater Dei four-star linebacker Abduall Sanders joined Johnson, Derick Smith and Coleman in a very busy March for Bama recruiting.

Alabama picked up Millville (N.J.) speedster receiver Lotzeir Brooks and Rome (Ga.) top-200 linebacker Jaedon Harmon in April.

9. Texas A&M — 91.972

0 five-stars | 10 four-stars | 3 three-stars | 13 total commits
Top Commit: Coronoa (Calif.) Centennial four-star QB Husan Longstreet, No. 34 in the On3 Industry Ranking.

Just three of the Aggies’ commits are not from Texas, one of whom is the highest-ranked prospect in the mix. Corona (Calif.) Centennial four-star quarterback Husan Longstreet is a centerpiece addition for Elko and Co. He was one of two prospects to commit on April 14, as he followed Denton (Texas) Ryan four-star interior offensive lineman Marcus Garcia.

Katy (Texas) Paetow four-star cornerback Deyjhon Pettaway is a top-175 recruit and top-25 corner in the cycle. DeSoto (Texas) four-star running back Deondrae Riden is a top-20 burner and provided a recruiting boost with his pledge in February. Forney (Texas) four-star linebacker Kelvion Riggins is the No. 365 recruit in the nation, while Cypress (Texas) Cy-Fair four-star defensive lineman Landon Rink kicked off the Aggies’ big April.

Pearland (Texas) Shadow Creek four-star CB Cobey Sellers joined the class on May 11. Lancaster (Calif.) Quartz Hill top-70 cornerback Adonyss Currie and Dickinson (Texas) three-star interior offensive lineman Tyler Thomas both pledged in late May.

10. Auburn — 91.794

Top Commit: Opelika (Ala.) four-star DL Malik Autry, No. 109 in the On3 Industry Ranking.

Opelika (Ala.) four-star defensive lineman Malik Autry and Highland Home (Ala.) four-star EDGE Jakaleb Faulk headline the class as top-200 recruits alongside Winona (Miss.) four-star linebacker Tyler Lockhart and Birmingham (Ala.) Parker four-star defensive lineman Jourdin Crawford. Fairburn (Ga.) Langston Hughes four-star offensive tackle Tavaris Dice ranks No. 201.

Fort Walton Beach (Fla.) three-star cornerback Dante Core is the latest to become a Tiger.

11. Florida State — 91.697

Top Commit: Jacksonville (Fla.) Raines five-star IOL Solomon Thomas, No. 14 in the On3 Industry Ranking.

The current headliner in the class is Jacksonville Raines five-star interior offensive lineman Solomon Thomas — who ranks No. 14 overall in the On3 Industry Ranking.

On the offensive side, Thomas is flanked by Jacksonville Mandarin four-star quarterback Tramell Jones. The 6-foot, 185-pound signal-caller may be just the No. 26 QB in the cycle, but his stock has continued to rise since his pledge to FSU in April 2023.

On defense, Cocoa four-star EDGE Javion Hilson is a former Alabama pledge who joined the fold in Tallahassee in January following the retirement of Crimson Tide head coach Nick Saban. He is the No. 40 overall recruit. Sanford Seminole four-star linebacker Ethan Pritchard is also committed to FSU and is the No. 24 player at his position in the On300.

12. Texas — 91.510

Top Commit: Texarkana (Texas) Pleasant Grove four-star EDGE Lance Jackson, No. 51 in the On3 Industry Ranking.

It was a busy May for Steve Sarkisian & Co., picking up four commitments. Shreveport (La.) Calvary Baptist Academy four-star running back James Simon, Port Neches (Texas) Port Neches-Groves three-star IOL Jackson Christian, Cedar Hill (Texas) three-star IOL Jordan Coleman and Cedar Hill (Texas) three-star IOL Devin Coleman all joined the Longhorns over the month.

The class was kicked off with a bang last June, as Saraland (Ala.) four-star quarterback K.J. Lacey pledged to the Longhorns.

Texarkana (Texas) Pleasant Grove four-star athlete Lance Jackson pledged in January to add some in-state defensive flair to the pledge list in Austin. He’s emerged as an elite recruit and now checks in atop the UT class as the No. 51 overall prospect.

13. Oklahoma — 91.399

Top Commit: Cypress (Texas) Bridgeland four-star OT Ryan Fodje, No. 104 in the On3 Industry Ranking.

Co-offensive coordinator Seth Littrell has his quarterback with four-star Kevin Sperry out of the Oklahoma City area. His pledge has helped spur on a string of receiver commitments, led by in-state four-star Elijah Thomas and Texas-based three-star Gracen Harris. The Sooners added another key piece to the puzzle on March 29 with the addition of four-star running back Tory Blaylock.

On the defensive side, the Sooners nabbed three early commitments from linebacker Marcus James, EDGE Alexander Shieldnight and defensive lineman Ka’Mori Moore. They’ve added to that in a big way in April, landing commitments from four-star defensive lineman Trent Wilson, three-star cornerback Maliek Hawkins, and four-star safety Marcus Wimberly.

A month later, they added to their haul yet again with Midwest City (Okla.) Carl Albert four-star defensive back Trystan Haynes.

14. Tennessee — 90.801

1 five-star | 3 four-stars | 6 three-stars | 10 total commits
Top Commit: Nashville Brentwood Academy five-star QB George MacIntyre, No. 11 in the On3 Industry Ranking.

When looking at Tennessee’s 2025 class, all eyes point toward Nashville Brentwood five-star quarterback George MacIntyre. Southlake (Texas) Carroll four-star tight end Jack Van Dorselaer is a top-300 recruit in the On3 Industry Ranking, while Buford (Ga.) three-star running back Justin Baker is a top-40 player at his position.

Memphis Sheffield four-star wide receiver Radarious Jackson is one of the latest addition to the class.He is On3’s No. 79 overall prospect and No. 12 WR in the cycle.

On March 28, Nashville Ensworth four-star defensive lineman Ethan Utley joined the fold as the second highest-ranked pledge, choosing the Vols over Michigan, Texas and others. He flanks Alpharetta (Ga.) Milton three-star cornerback Dylan Lewis and Milton (Ga.) three-star CB Tyler Redmond.

15. Michigan — 90.244

Top Commit: Oak Park (Ill.) Fenwick four-star DL Nate Marshall, No. 45 in the On3 Industry Ranking.

After a quiet spell following the departure of former head coach Jim Harbaugh, Michigan has worked its way up the team recruiting rankings heading into its national title defense. Top-50 defensive lineman Nate Marshall headlines the class and is joined by three blue-chippers in Fort Myers (Fla.) Bishop Verot four-star QB Carter Smith, in-state four-star offensive lineman Avery Gach and Howell (Mich.) four-star defensive lineman Bobby Kanka.
