Numerous changes are ongoing in the Kentucky wide receivers room after an up-and-down 2023 season for the passing game. Offensive coordinator Bush Hamdan and wide receivers coach Daikiel Shorts Jr. have taken over as Kentucky attempts to flip that position room. That meant a ton of changes throughout the spring.

Kentucky saw three scholarship wideouts hit the transfer portal in the spring window after spring practice. Former Texas A&M transfer Raymond Cottrell was the rare double-dip transfer after enrolling at Kentucky in January. The redshirt freshman is on the move and is receiving some power conference interest.

Matt Zenitz of 247 Sports is reporting that Raymond Cottrell will visit Arizona State next week. The former four-star recruit played in three games during his true freshman season with the Aggies catching one pass. The transfer has four years of eligibility remaining. The Sun Devils are entering year two under head coach Kenny Dillingham and will a member of the Big 12 Conference in 2024 joining Arizona, Colorado, and Utah in a recent conference realignment move as the Pac-12 dissolves.
