The 2026 On3 Rankings received an update on Monday. And while the major focus for USC coaches is still on building the 2025 class and holding onto the top commitments and No. 3 ranking the Trojans have there, USC does already hold four commitments in the 2026 and the No. class nationally. Here’s a look at the updated rankings and where USC commitments and targets now sit.

USC top commitment in the class is still local cornerback Brandon Lockhart. The 6-foot-2, 165-pound defensive back is the No. 69 overall prospect and No. 7 cornerback nationally. That’s a significant jump from the initial 2026 On3 rankings released in March, when Lockhart checked in at No. 141 overall and the nation’s No. 12 cornerback. USC already has a battle with Oregon on its hands for Lockhart

Lockhart was among the “Big Movers” pointed out by On3’s Charles Power:

“At nearly 6-foot-3 and around 165 pounds, USC cornerback commit Brandon Lockhart (No. 69) is one of the taller top corners in 2026,” Power wrote. “Lockhart had a positive showing at Under Armour’s Los Angeles camp earlier in the spring, showing good cover ability to go with top-end speed.”

Four-star cornerback Dominick Kelly is the only USC commit in the On300. The 6-foot, 175-pound defensive back didn’t move in this update. He still checks in at No. 180 overall with the same 89 grade. He did drop one spot in the position rankings, moving from No. 19 to No. 20 among cornerbacks nationally.

The USC class also features local wide receiver Ja’Myron Baker (Los Alamitos, Calif./Los Alamitos) and athlete Madden Riordan (Pasadena, Calif./Sierra Canyon). Both are three-star recruits in the On3 Ranking but four-stars in the On3 Industry Ranking. Baker, a 6-foot, 170-pound receiver, is the nation’s No. 292 overall prospect in the On3 Industry rankings. Riordan, a 5-foot-11, 145-pound could play any of the five positions in the secondary at the next level and that versatility adds to his value as a recruit. He’s a four-star prospect in the On3 Industry Rankings and now sits at No. 323 nationally.
