4-star WR Jaden Perez commits to Oklahoma State Cowboys

San Antonio Brandeis four-star wide receiver Jaden Perez has committed to the Oklahoma State Cowboys, he announced Friday evening on social media.

Perez is the nation’s No. 380 overall prospect, No. 59 wide receiver and No. 62 recruit from Texas in the 2025 cycle according to the On3 Industry Ranking — a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

“Coach [Kasey] Dunn and I are building our relationship,” Perez told On3 this winter. “We FaceTime a lot, this and that, and he’s recruiting me hard to try and build that relationship up.”

Oklahoma State has landed five commitments in April in addition to Perez, including Addison (Texas) Trinity Christian Academy three-star offensive lineman Jaylan Beckley, Cibolo (Texas) Steele three-star receiver Royal Capell, McKinney (Texas) North three-star wideout Kameron Powell, Wichita (Kan.) Kapaun Mt. Carmel Catholic three-star EDGE Kyle Keya and Owasso (Okla.) three-star offensive lineman Ryker Haff.

Perez now headlines the Cowboys’ class along with Capell, who committed earlier this week.

“Ever since they came to the school,” Capell told On3 of when the Cowboys moved up his list. “Coach Gundy came here personally the week after I officially got offered by Coach Dunn. And that that was just a big thing to me with the head coach coming here. That means they’re pretty interested.

… That kind of that already put them toward the top of my radar and then really just leading up to the visits ever since they offered me, they’ve kinda stayed on me more than any other school with calls and texts every day.”
