It’s almost time for the postseason in college baseball. Following the final full weekend of the regular season, D1Baseball has released updated top 25 rankings as attention turns to conference tournaments.

The weekend was full of matchups that would have major ramifications on the postseason picture, and everyone wanted to end the regular season on a high note. That was apparent, with multiple upsets and some very important results throughout the course of the weekend.

Weather also played a big role over the weekend, with multiple doubleheaders, cancelations and postponements. Ultimately, six ranked teams lost their series over the weekend. There were five top 25 matchups between two ranked teams, most notably No. 5 Texas A&M vs. No. 3 Arkansas.

After all of the action, D1Baseball’s latest top 25 rankings are here. Here’s how they shake out heading into conference tournament week.

Tennessee ended the regular season with a perfect 4-0 week, starting with a 10-0 midweek victory against Belmont to round out its non-conference slate. The Vols then hosted No. 24 South Carolina over the weekend and cruised to a series sweep, earning 9-3, 8-3 and 4-1 victories to clinch a share of the regular season SEC title and the No. 1 seed in the SEC Tournament.

The Wildcats would have clinched the outright SEC title with a win in the finale, but they instead fell 12-4 and ended with a share of the regular season crown. Still, Kentucky stays right there at the top of D1Baseball’s top 25.
