I have been asked to join my company's DEI committee. And since I am a big PSU fan, this interests me. I get the feeling the PSU sports teams are hugely prejudiced in favor of people who are a) big b) fast c) strong or some combination thereof. Where do I send my letter to ask about this?

If I talked in buzz word nonsensical phrases in my house moms would tune me out even more than she already does when I show her c8 review vids. Who talks like this? it’s laughable

If I buy a c8 this fall, this will be my first mod

LOL...I was hired into a company that got a ton of VC money due to a contract they had with Chase. We met every single contract criteria and when I approached them to get paid they said 'you did a great job, Obliviax. But you didn't do a $x,xxx,xxx good job, you did a $xxx,xxx good job." I said, "hey, we met ever single criteria, contractually you owe us the money." They laughed. Then said, are you suggesting suing Chase? Do you know the kind of resources you would have to sue Chase? You'll settle for less than we are offering, you'll end up paying your lawyers more than you settle for, and you may or may not still be alive. Now, what do you want to do?" The next board meeting was pretty rough.

DEI+b equals no performance issues or criteria for achieving the final goal !
This just means you must be different, probably equal to some imagined effort or number, and be-loved for being there/here.

She must GO .... sooner hopefully, so that she cannot inflict too much damage.
