Another rule change because TV keeps selling ad time. That is why games are lasting too long. Soccer, the most popular sport on the planet and rugby seem to be able to flourish without constant interruptions to the flow of the game and impacting the rules due to the demands of television, but the NCAA can't manage it. Of course, the NCAA can't manage a lot of things... like national refs as opposed to conference refs. Now, excuse me, there is a cloud that needs my attention.
