coaching changes have been going on for years, but now there is less patience and coaches are getting canned at a quicker pace. That has nothing to do with when the signing periods are set. If they wanted, the NCAA could go to a no signing date. Every player is free to sign anytime starting in the summer before SR year. player can get out only if the hc or position coach leave. otherwise only way out for player would be to give up one time instant play on transfer portal.
