Going to? They already have. The European leagues were once more balanced. Now it's virtually the EPL and everything else.

Somewhere down the road, pro sports and maybe even college will be too expensive to attend. It will turn into Saturday morning studio wrestling. They'll have empty stadiums, but with AI, they can create fans to fill the seats who look pretty dang real. Pipe in some crowd noise and collect the tv royalties. Won't need ticket sales.

Pro sports are trending that way already. Cheapest ticket for an MLB game now is about $30 before all the fees. With food and parking it adds up for a family of 4.
