1. They have no legitimate downfield threat at WR and, as a whole, it’s the worst CU WR corps I’ve ever seen.
2. Their OL is a mismatch for our DL in pass protection.
3. Noon kick, this helps us compared to a crazy night game.
4. LaNorris won’t be spooked by a big game, I expect him to ball out.
5. Special Teams - we’re not what we were but we are better than them.
6. Offensive scheme: I have yet to see anything from Clemson - offensively, that scares me. Meanwhile, DLo and Co. have shown that we are far more versatile and have more overall playmakers.
7. Watch the Louisville tape: Louisville ran all over Clemson and so did Citadel for a while. I think they’ll be tougher against us but this isn’t a Clemson DL like we’ve seen in the past. (Peter Woods is crazy legit though)
8. We are more battle tested against better competition.
9. Our only tough loss was vs an Ole Miss team that was loaded with more talent than Clemson. Clemson has been smoked twice and was lucky to beat a crappy Pitt team.
