Gotcha. I don't really see the fuss over it. Fans have been storming the court forever. Have any players ever actually been injured?
We need physical barriers between the fans and the court. This needs to be done out of an abundance of caution. A 10' high chain link fence between the first row of seats and the court should be the minimum required. If this proves ineffective, fans should not be allowed into an arena where a game is being played. Again, out of an abundance of caution.

A moat, with sharks with laser beams attached to their heads, must surround the court.

Good that the game was at Tennessee and not in Columbia last night. There would likely been another invasion of the court and possibly hijacking the basketball goals and taking them out of Colonial Life Arena.

Actually, each person involved in rushing the court ought to be on the hook for his/her proportionate share of it. That would be the ultimate in appropriateness.

We could go the way of ''It's A Wonderful Life'' with the court opening and dumping them in the swimming pool.
That way they don't have to jump in the fountain outside CLA.

So, would a three hundred pound man have to pay more than a one hundred pound woman?

Good point. Get rid of fans entirely. There weren't any court stormings in 2020!!
