Pathetic BB IQ. Done everything possible to lose that game. You CANNOT tell me that there wasn’t a foul on that last play that was called a jump ball. All we had to do was inbound the ball and probably game over and we didn’t have enough sense to call a time out.
We are what we are. A decent team that has way too many cold spells. We have been catching teams at there worst and it propped us up a bit. This was one of two remaining games that we were favored in. My guess is that we lose 4 of the next 5 and are NIT bound. It was certainly a better season than anybody expected, but I think we hit our ceiling a few games ago.
Freakin up by three and foul then on a drive to basket. STUPID BB - quit playing D at all and just let them drive to the basket to get within 1 while we had three fouls to give - STUPID - and then don’t call a timeout when we had trouble getting the ball in —STUPID. That had to be the DUMBEST 15 seconds of BB I’ve ever witnessed
Our 3 point game has left us…..we are not sharing the ball like we were….too much one on one shake and bake

No way around it, bad loss. Can’t get ourselves in that position to get screwed by a bad call, but we did. Game was pretty much over with LSU only having 2 team fouls with 15 to go. No way they were trapping, and that wasn’t even a trap. Mack got hacked by the white guy before and after he caught the pass…but the ref wanted a shocking finish. He also called the foul on the shot attempt. Disgusting way to lose a game. But it’s our fault.
Next week will be a tough game and staring a 3-game losing streak in the face. Need to get this turned around fast.

LSU had 2 fouls with 14 seconds left…..it was a football game. How does that happen? They fouled Mack intentonally. But ref don’t call it and then calls a tie up. We should have never been in that spot but come on man.
This loss, and the one preceding it, undo a lot of the good that had been achieved. This loss at home to a struggling team is a broadside.
We weren’t gonna win with that one ref calling the crap he called in the last two minutes and the frap he didn’t call. He was pathetic and obviously leaning towards LSU. I bet if you dig into his background somewhere - he’s got ties to LSU. IT WAS OBVIOUS

CMB has been reading the press he's been getting and lost his focus - missed a lot of easy shots today.
Like the former poster said - the foul on Mack was obvious and LSU INTENTIONALLY fouled him to send him to the line but that same ref decided to ignore the fouls (2 of them) and call a tie up. Evidently you don’t watch that last 15 seconds of the game - that one ref called the foul on the basket to give them a three point play right before calling a BS jump ballWhy did he let us get so far ahead? Ranking went to their head - they quit playing the game the way they played to get to where they were which is with defense and methodical offense- best thing that could happen - maybe they will refocus after realizing they actually have to play to win even against teams that suck
It's hard to see a single win on the rest of our schedule. We went from a lock to NIT bubble in one week.
They let a football game happen all game then give them and ones on ticky tack fouls three times. We couldn’t get a hard foul call on a drive. i am okay if it’s both ways. You all saw the banging by both sides. LSU having 2 fouls with 15 seconds left was a joke. The one ref seemed to have a little underdog jones all game.
shouldn't have even come to that. Our guys were feeling this game getting away from them from the time the lead got to single digits. You could see it in their body language. The shellacking at Auburn has left them without any confidence. If they don't turn it around, the Big Story of this year is over. At least they have a whole week to think about what's happened. Hope it takes, because from here to the SEC tourney they're going to be the dog in every game.
If there's a silver lining to this week, maybe we won't have to get into a bidding war with Ohio State?

Like an astute poster said above, it never should have come down to any of that. I believe you know it and I'm sure I know it.
I kinda blame Coach Paris for this lose. LSU drove to the basket every play the second half and they went around our guys like they were standing still, yet he stayed in the man to man defense that was getting shreaded. A zone defense and this game would have been a blowout!
I have gone back and watched it several times. That was a tie up. I think Mack was expecting a foul and just didn't get it. I am a USC fan but the facts just don't support your assertion.
I thought I had reached a point in life where disappointment on losses was easy to put behind me. It is 9:30 ….and I am still feeling the blues from this one. We have big leads at home versus Georgia and LSU and lost them……ughhhhhhh
