I have hated the Cardinals my entire life. My dad was a Phillies fan and I think he hated them from the 60's. I was a Rangers season ticket holder through the good and bad from 07' to 13' and if Nelson Cruz could've caught that damn ball... I digress.

I have just gotten fed up with the Rangers. Until they clean house in the front office, starting with Jon Daniels goofy ***, I am done.

So in honor of our boy PGB, I am all in on the Cardinals this year. I also love that between Waino, Yadi, and Pujols... the Cards are rockin' with 3 old farts my age. Add in Dakota Hudson and 17 it, I am in. This year is it's really all about PGB though.

17 the Cubs... What else do I need to know?

You’re off to a good start. Go ahead and practice looking down on everyone except the Yankees. Yogi Berra was from St Louis, so we take credit for them too

Well hot damn. Never knew I got to be a snob. I don't have to pretend a lick. 17 all those other trailer trash, project dwelling baseball fans. Go Cardinals... Er wait, I have actually been to St. Louis, this doesn't feel right.

and Joe Garagiola was Yogi's neighbor growing up as kids in SL. Used to love to hear them telling stories together

I went to a Rockies / Pirates game a few years ago. Had been in Denver on business all week, and was my last night there. Kind of a spur of the moment thing - was downtown eating & drinking, realized there was a game about to start so bought me a ticket. I hadn't been to an MLB game since I'd had kids (at least 5 years).

I'm sitting there midway through the game looking through the program and suddenly realize - AJ Burnett was the only player on either roster older than me. That hit me like a ton of bricks.

Tell everyone how you are a part of the best fanbase in baseball... Even though you do the same thing all the other sports fans do

Not really sure why now would be your time to spaz out on the Rangers front office. You are about 8-9 years too late.

Still love my sorry Rangers, and will long after Jon Daniels is gone.

Careful how you criticize the Cardinals on here. The Cardinals sheep will get after you if you don’t fall in line.

I jumped from the Rangers bandwagon to the Braves bandwagon a few years ago. I do think cheering for the Rangers is about as close to cheering for MSU (pre 2021) as possible.

102 losses last year and 5 consecutive years of losing seasons. They have the 4th largest metro in the country all by themselves and spend like its Pittsburg every year until now, when they give $325 million dollars to Corey Seager who will play 40 games a year... bad luck, I know, funny how that bad injury luck always follows a handful of guys around.

Jon Daniels must go. Kip Fagg sucks balls and must go. 17 JD and 17 the ownership. I wish Cuban had bought the damn thing. The new stadium looks like **** too.

I'm out. I will root for the Cardinals this year because I was drunk and thought about PGB and said I would do so. Who knows what the future holds, but as long as Jon Daniels is at the helm in Texas, 17 em.

I'd probably like them way more but the Braves war chant is so bad. Like, I'll own being woke and say the chant is problematic etc - but even more so, it's just so dorky. I don't ga17 about the name Braves or anything; in fact I think their gear looks great.

When you go to St. Louis to wises a game, that smell isn’t the brewery, or the rice mill. It’s the cards dugout that reaks…and the unruly fans both inside and outside the stadium.
