I think this game comes down to who wants it more. Need to shutdown Hubbard.

I wonder if this is the last time South Carolina and Mississippi State face each other twice a season with Oklahoma and Texas joining the conference

Don't know why, but this has the feel of a letdown game, maybe feeling deflated after a close loss in the biggest game at CLA in eons and having to go on the road to a beatable opponent but a tough environment.

It will take a great coaching job by Lamont to have the team ready for today.

On a serious note, we hit 9 3’s against them and over 20 free throws , out rebounded them and still almost lost. Guards better drive the ball. Our bigs did little the last time, probably going to be true today , but hopefully they will contribute more.

All of this wisdom is truly mind bottling. If we just execute the game clock, I think we will be ok. We need to leave it all on the field, leave no stone unpolished. We need to play with convection, and make sure we play until the the fat lady sighs. We must give max effect from the starting pistol. If we do all of that, we won’t be looking for an escape goat.

Wouldn’t bet on that but hoping we come out hot and hit some jumpers ! Love to sed us start Gray over Mack and bring Mack , Stutes and Wright off the bench going forward ! Gray brings more rebounding , Defense and size inside ! Will we get anything from Dibba the rest of the year ! I had high hopes for him off the bench !

Of course, MSU is 67% on the season on FT and are 8-8 in this game

Dibba does not look right. He looks like he is about to fall at times.

Dang, does every single one of our games have to be 12-round championship fight that goes the distance? I'm glad we're getting wins, but I wish they'd knock somebody out in the 7th round. My heart can't take this every night.

It's been our pattern all season. We are a team that plays better than the sum of its parts. We play tough and we find a way to win (usually), but we don't have guys with knock-out power (to continue my boxing analogy above).
