I'll let Sluggo weigh in as well, but Marshall is without their starting C and at least their starting QB, leaving Cole Pennington to start at QB. Yes, the son of that Pennington. He has apparently not looked all that great when he played.
UTSA has essentially no opt-outs, has never won a bowl game, and I think really wants this one. They were up to -12.5 until their stud senior QB, Frank Harris, has pretty much been announced as out just hours before the game. The line has dropped to -6.5. I still like UTSA.
