2025 Running Back Depth

It's a legitimate question. I believe Juju is gone. Adaway has another year of eligibility. I think Jawarn Howell is a sophomore but was third string this year. He got some reps this season-scored a couple tds. We still need more depth at the position no doubt. I haven't seen any rb commits or signees so far.

They red-shirted Matthew Fuller. I think He and Howell may be the guys moving forward.
Thanks, forgot about Fuller. I guess Sellers is an option too obviously.
With Rocket Sanders declaring for NFL Draft, where does this leave South Carolina's RB room?
Rocket Sanders will move on to the NFL after this season. So where does this leave South Carolina's running back room for the future?

Also, with the court injunction and new NCAA ruling for 2025 it appears Adaway has another year too.
Thanks, yeah I posted a story from this site about our RB status too. It's uncertain if Adaway will return to Columbia but he does have another year left like you said.
If Adaway stays I think we are fine at RB. The other guys mentioned will fill in nicely behind him.
I thought Adaway was out of eligibility. If he's coming back I think we will be fine. Also, it sounds like Fuller and Howell are pretty good too. I just remember 2023 when we had to rely on a Newberry transfer and a converted QB/Wide receiver.
Having said that; I really loved Joyner. He was willing to do anything for the team, but he was not a running back. Who could forget his MVP performance as a quarterback against UNC in the 2021 Mayo Bowl. BTW Does anyone know where Joyner is these days? I hope he's doing well because he is a great young man.

Can’t see why Adaway wouldn’t come back. He will get enough carries and pass catching attempts to get looks from the NFL. He’s big right, 225, strong but very athletic as well. He averaged 4 yards a carry vs Clemson. We will be fine at RB, if,,,,if he comes back
It stinks we lost out to Michigan for Cunningham. Hate Michigan.
CFP Chair that left us out of the CFP has Michigan ties. Hated them before this. Clowney play always comes to mind

I am still hoping we may get a RB through the Transfer Portal. Nothing against the ones we currently have on Scholly.
Just hoping for as much depth as possible to help limit wear and tear on Sellars and our RBs.

Howell and Fuller will be exceptional…. why do people keep asking the same running back question. We are going to be in excellent hands with those two.
