After starting 5-0 against an extremely favorable schedule, UK has lost 4 of their last 5, beating only Mississippi State. I'd love to be part of bringing them back down to earth and having them end with the same overall and conference records as us.

Just not sure I see it happening though. The biggest thing in our favor is that this a night game at WB. Hopefully we can recreate the magic from last year's UT game.

I think the line is a little low. It should be 6.5-7. However, I'd love to beat Kentucky just don't see it happening.

Yeah, i’m fearful they cover that easily. I don’t understand why Vegas thinks so highly of us vs them. Have they watched us play against anyone not named Vanderbilt? 😄
(I really hope I come to regret these words!)

Let's not make their QB or RB out to be a Heisman candidate. We'll have a shot if we can pull that off.

Leary is only completing 53% of his passes in SEC games this year. That means he should be poised for a career day against us.

Someone had to say it, now it will become prophetic.

I haven't watched much UK football at all this year. The only comme t that stuck with me is that they would have a distinct advantage on both lines.

Is it their OL or DL called The Big Blue Wall?

His stats will be something like; 23/31 329yds 2td, (on top of their 240yds rushing). But I'm not salty/pessimistic. 🤪 😄

Underdog at night - what more could we ask for?

Conversely, they are 26th in rushing defense. Signs point to us having to air it out to win this one.
Well, we can't run it against anyone so that doesn't really hurt us much. Plays right to our strength. Personally, I think we win this one by 2 TDs. They will get some yards, but I think we limit their scoring. They've been struggling to score in the last 5 games. I don't see them turning that around in a night game at WB.

I hope you're right, but that's fairly optimistic based on our defensive showing this year. Defensively, we haven't really limited anyone outside of Vandy.

There's been some movement on the line.

Vegas Insider is showing -2 and -2.5. They moved it to less than a FG.

Not a gambler, but don't they say the home team gets 3 points? Is that -2 before or after us getting the 3 points?

Either way, Vegas basically sees this as a pick 'em. But, hey, they had UT favored over Mizzou.

I would say losing 4 out of 5 has brought them back down to earth.

if we stop (or contain) Ray Davis, this will be a lot like the Vandy game score wise - maybe Ky gets and extra TD and us on less. Something like 38-14. KY isn’t good outside Davis.

I honestly don’t think y’all watched UK if you think they are that much better than SC. SC is where they’re because we had injuries to some of our better players and how our schedule stacked up. We actually showed flashes to being a good team at times. UK isn’t very good no where on either sides of the ball but Ray Davis. We’re at Willy B and I expect us to beat them.

What flashes? Furman and Vandy don't count.

How about not getting ran out of UGA stadium after losing our All SEC receiver after he scored a TD? Vandy also scored 28 against UK defense. UK isn’t a good team and by talent I don’t see where they’re better than us.

We did get run out of Sanford after halftime.

But, yes, we played competitively against UGA for one half of football 2 months ago. I'll grant you that.

Davis may be their only good player in your opinion, but that's all they need. If we can't stop him, and there's no reason to believe that we can, he'll run all over us. I'm not convinced Leary won't have a banner day against us as well. Numerous players this year have had career-best games against our D.

Losing by 10 isn’t getting ran out of the stadium. If you watched UK and SC this season I will trust SC winning at home vs UK winning on the road. That’s just me though.

Getting outscored 21-0 after halftime while only amassing 129 total yards of offense is getting run out of the stadium

One player didn’t beat us all season. It’s going to take more than a RB playing good to beat us. Leary and those wideouts have to show up as well, which they haven’t all season.

The line moving means nothing more than the money was going to SC more than UK. Vegas wants the bets at 50/50 on each team, that is what the line is for. There is no deep analysis of what each team will do or any caring of how the game ends.

That is true, but people that gamble a lot of money do a lot of research. So the fact that it went from -3.5 to +1.5 is evidence that the people doing a lot of research are bullish on USC. I'm standin on business....

UK 17

For SC, it actually went from +3.5 to -0.5. I'm not sure how "bullish" .5 pts is. Maybe .5 pt is the "night" factor?
