Bo and Blake talk Vegas food live from the Caesar's Sportsbook at the Paris Las Vegas. The guys talk about some of the incredible food they have had in Las Vegas, from the extravagance of the NFL Draft to an amazing sushi spot in the Venetian.

I just heard Sushi Samba, a turkey leg, a pretzel, and some place they were going to later that night, sounded like top of the Stat but I was skipping around. If they wanted to give a real discussion of the Vegas food scene, they should have asked about it on SixPack and read whatever got posted

Javier’s at Aria is pretty good if they want fancy Mexican.

sushi samba looks interesting…we just got a Nikkei restaurant here and looking forward to trying it. Peruvian/Japanese food.

did they mention Spearmint Rhino? I’d actually tune in to hear that review.

Hey Bo, Rezdog here. Next time you have a thought about an OM QB, maybe you should keep it to yourself and leave talent evaluations to the professionals. Maybe stick to being a food critic; it suites you.

I’m going in a couple weeks and trying some Asian-ish places. Went to Lotus a couple months ago and tempted to go back but I’m trying Catch and Jasmine. Also doing Blackout because I’ve never been. Had a steak at Bavette’s in February, and it may be the best steak I’ve ever eaten

Lotus is amazing! My other favorite is Raku, mostly sashimi and nigiri lots of Kobe cuts (hot stone) and amazing crab and seafood.

I assume you guys are talking about Lotus of Siam? My favorite Asian food of any kind, any where. Koong Sarong and the Short Ribs in parang sauce are unbeatable. I have not been since 2019 and really need to get back.

My realtor is a retired executive chef from the resort here and spent 20 years as a chef in South Florida. Really respected chef and he just went to Vegas last week for his 50th and said Weng Lei at the Bellagio was amazing. The reviews are hit or miss, but I don't trust Vegas reviews since cousin Eddie may be looking for the buffet and wander in to a five star restaurant.

Anyhow, a guy that really knows the culinary world said it was the best thing he ate all week.

Wing Lei is at the Wynn. Do you know if he liked that one or Jasmine at Bellagio? Tried to go to Jasmine before but no reservation so got turned away. Staying at Vdara this time and also wanted to be able to walk easily to dinner but will probably stay Wynn/Venetian end of the strip next time
