I'm going with Cox and Slay because of familial Philly connections, but I'm hoping that the final score is 3-0 because our 4 Bulldogs are dominating the offenses.I'm not sure who to be for. I always pull for the State guys but this is gonna be tough.
Let me make it easier for you. One of them has AJ Brown at WR. I will be pulling for the other one.I'm not sure who to be for. I always pull for the State guys but this is gonna be tough.

Yazoo County HS can say that this year with Cox & Gainwell and they're on the same team. It's crazy how many players have a connection to Mississippi when you add in Brown, Minshew, Nakobe Dean, and Gainwell.
Brown and Gay even played HS together. I wonder how many other high schools can say they have two players in the same Super Bowl? I guess obviously the Kelce brothers this year. But that's got to be pretty unique.
CJ isn't gunna get 3 sacks in the SB. 1 probably...2 mmmm, possibly but I don't think so. 3? Nope.
Hope Big Play can get an INT.
That's just a tackle for loss. Jones will be doing damn good to get 1 sack in the SB. He'll be double teamed all night long and Hurts is a mobile QB.I tend to agree with you. 3 is a tall order for anyone but he could get 1-2 and another cheap one if he's on the edge and reads a Hurts RPO keeper. Is that considered a sack because it's the QB with the ball or just a TFL?
Apparently Cox was city and Gainwell was county - but close enoughYazoo County HS can say that this year with Cox & Gainwell and they're on the same team.

Right. If the QB drops back to pass and scrambles, that's still a sack. Agree about TFLs. They're huge whether it's a sack or not. Also, I think QB hurries is an underrated stat.I was thinking that but didn't know for sure. Now if pressure flushes the QB and he scrambles but is caught behind the line then that is still a sack right? Either way I always thought TFLs were underrated. They can be as impactful as a sack but don't get the stat line respect like a sack.
You're right....guess that was Eulls I was thinking about.Apparently Cox was city and Gainwell was county - but close enough
