might have been 5500 at some point but after the 8th it was more like 1500. most people didn't see polk's last out.

I was there and that figure is probably paid attendance. It looked like I was in a nursing home, and not surprisingly the game atmosphere was similar to bingo night at the Dogwood Retirement Center.

Someone did tell me that was the largest crowd of the season, which was really sad.
