Big Ten refs bailing out Iowa repeatedly. Just now, clock expires and the refs call a time out for them. I watched it again and no one called a time out.

2nd time it happened and the Iowa State fans are pissed.

Refs just called another time out for Iowa because they had 12 men on the field. They actually threw a flag and then took it back. At least the refs can’t do it again.
