Sam Shepherd went to space soaked in his own urine because the launch kept getting delayed and they wouldn't let him out. Synthetic and highly absorbent diapers didn't yet exist back then.

I had a similar experience after eating at Mad Mex one time. I wouldn't say the toilet was broken. But it never was quite right.
TTM… I probably did. But you should know me from the other board that 95% of my posts are for laughs!
The broken toilet is in the spacecraft awaiting launch......hence a delay. So, the switched the schedule around and had the astronauts return from the ISS while the craft on earth is being repaired.
The schedule previously had the launch occurring this week and the return happening next week.
Fun Fact: Sam Shepard was among the original Mercury 7 along with Cecil Cooper, Karen Carpenter and John Glen Campbell
