First off, one of my co-workers is in sales & has a lot of free time during the week. He goes golfing and drinking with acouple of buddies in Oxford at least 4-5 times a month. And he's become good buddies with one of O's asst coaches, Dan Werner.
Well, he came to work the other day and said Werner had given him a "big box of Ole Miss ****"....shirts, shorts, warmups, caps; all the usual coaching freebie attire.
Anyway, he asked Werner, "Why are you giving me all this stuff ?"
Werner replied...."I don't need the **** anymore."
Now on the rumored 2-part story I heard on Boone & Nutt.......
1. Did Nutt and an asistant coach recently pull up to the airport to board a plane for Jackson(?) for a meet & greet, only to find out there was no plane waiting on them ? Supposedly, they arrived a couple hours late because they had to drive themselves down...
2.Did Boone refuse to let the University pay for Nutt's entire moving expenses as promised ? One of the boosters had to flip the bill....
