Obviously, with the size and magnitude, its going to add alot to Scott Field.
I personally believe the renderings let out were better than the Ole Miss renderings, but thats just my opinion. It looks like someone tried harder, basically.
Now, on to the concerns, while stating that I know nothing about if there were any bids or not...
-Capturion has done one screen, USM's. Oh, and KFC ones. Never one this big or this important. Dak, on the other hand, has proven history with UT's and other boards.
-The board is $6.1 million, and much larger than OM's. OM's was smaller and $6 million. Does this mean the quality would be lower? It seems to point in that direction, but we won't really know until both are observed. Personally, I hope both are equal.
-Will Capturion be around in 5 years to help fix it when something gets broken? Ole Miss invested in a state-of-the-art turf with a less-than-state-of-the-art company, and now they don't exist.
Any other legitimate concerns?
