Why didn't article mention JoeMo? Ain't he the head coach at Akron or something? Did I miss that part?

I don't know, I think a coach needs to stick around a while to fine tune things before calling them a success. Being here only a couple years isn't good for the program IMHO. How do you know what your doing is successful? Especially against the successful teams in the B1G? All I know is, that we lose to the winning teams in the B1G, so what these guys are coaching seems average and they move on to another average program. Did any of these guys go to a program that is competing for conference championship or MNC? Just my observation.

Was he in the first staff? No. That was the focus of the article.

I looked for the picture of Joe's first staff - J.T. , O'hora, couldn't find it probably because SOMEBODY is in the picture. I do know George Welsh went to Navy at the time i thought it was a big loss.

The departures from Franklin's first staff is impressive.

agree with you totally. you know this is also a bit how other sports are and life is in other areas as well. annual coaching carousel creates constant change. leadership and CEO's in many companies moved quick and may never have really been anywhere long enough to show what they did worked. exception maybe where the leadership founded the company.
