Allen Robinson to be traded from Rams to Steelers. Awesome get for Pittsburgh. Along with Pickens this is a lethal combo.

Hope Allen is healthy and Steelers use him properly-despite making big money he was not really involved in Rams offense last season and then was injured later in the season. He sure was the top PSU WR I have seen since Bobby Engram and his catch in the overtime Michigan game was as spectacular as I have ever seen.
He’ll be the third WR behind Pickens and Diontae Johnson. Hopefully, the Steelers get a better version of ARob than the Rams got.
He was very good and probably could have been even better but for their career and post Bobby Engram I thought Chris Godwin was our best.
Rams salary dump. Looks to be a no downside deal for the Steelers.
The Rams for all practical purposes just totally ignored ARob most of the time, often only targeting him once or twice a game…..the same thing Da’ Bears did the prior year.
Hope he nails it big-time with the Steelers!
Maybe with the ARob of 4-5 years ago. Unfortunately, I don't think there's much tread left on those tires. There's a reason the Rams are basically paying the Steelers to take him.

Have you seen the Rams salary cap situation? They sold out everything to win the Superbowl and now they are paying for it. He played in a combined 22 games the past 2 years because of injury. The Steelers can really use a veteran on offense for leadership as Dionte Johnson at 26 is the oldest skilled position player on offense. It's a cheap deal for a lot of experience.
Robinson will be a 3rd WR. Pickens is a star in the making and Diontae Johnson catches 8-10 balls per game. Robinson will not be one of their top 2 WRs.
Check out what selling out for a Superbowl does to a roster a couple years out. After the first 6 guys, the names are unrecognizable. The Rams only have one QB on roster, with no kicker or punter. They also don't have a first round draft pick until 2024. All this and they are still 14 million over the cap. It's safe to say they're going to suck for quite a while.

Dionte also drops 2 easy passes a game and ARob not so much. Tomlin actually sat DJ two years ago because of his drops.
Agree. Injured ARob that played 10 games with an injured noodle arm QB that played only 9 games because of said noodle arm wasn't as good as the healthy guy that played all 17 games.
To be fair, ARob has played with a noodle arm QB his entire career and put up great numbers. As a Steeler fan, hopefully, last year was an outlier. Time will tell.
