So I guess a trade to the Steelers is off the table?

It's a risky move, but what option did GB have? Yes, you might not win a SB with ARod, but you probably aren't making the playoffs without him (and Adams) and you certainly don't want to let him go and see him win a SB elsewhere.

Didn't they just draft a qb with their 1st round pick? Love or something. I guess he's not ready.

Still rooting for a Willis draft. Sign Trubisky to a 1 or 2 year deal with big incentives and hope Willis will be ready quicker than expected..

I really don't think Trubisky is is worse than average. The Bears f qb's up. He could be another Tannehill.

Also will not be spending half the cap on a single player and will have plenty of money to throw around to fill holes once Lewis Riddick is named GM.

So much money to blow it in the playoffs every year.

I know the Packers don't finish "last" but it reminds me of the old Ralph Kiner story asking Branch Rickey for a raise after he had a great season... "Where did we finish with you?" "Last place." "We can finish in last place without you, too."

He looked pretty bad when he had to start last year. Not saying he's never going to be capable, but he didn't look like it when he stepped in.

Love to the Broncos? He knows the offense and his salary is cheap. Edit: spot taken

Years ago I would have said "200 million for a 39 year old QB!!". Today, it makes perfect sense.
