They must have graded this on the curve. This list is all over the place. Private/Public, Large/Small, Money/Lack of money.

I will say this. I have been to a couple of party's at Alcorn and it is definitely wild

Birmingham Southern being #3 on any list is odd. They recently almost had to close, and only had 975 students last fall. I guess it wouldn't take that many hardcore partiers to raise the per capita consumption.

Known a few IUP grads. They all had very soft bachelor degrees. Not a shock they get lots of time to figure out the party.
