After reading several threads about the coaching search

I sure hope Byrne is as good of an AD as he is written about on here. I mean, there's no reason to think that he won't be good, but I guess the State fan in me is taking a "don't get too excited" approach to our new AD. It would be the MSU way to get our hopes up and have them dashed right in our faces.

</p>I know when this shindig started, this was supposed to be a place for "the vocal minority", but I think it has become a place for the forward thinking to express their ideas and comments without fear of being banned or shunned for being "too negative". Most people on here have pretty good ideas about MSU could/should be, and I think it is wise of GB to at least look and see what some people are saying.

</p>You know, maybe it's because LT is gone but this time around I don't have that feeling of impending doom about the coaching search like I had with football. I'm actually feeling positive about the future of the baseball program.........that's scary. I hope Byrne doesn't let us down.
