nothing really although i think it has something to do with their contract vested vet status. As a vested vet you dont have to go thru the waiver process, you can sign with anyone, otherwise it goes the same as draft order relative to signing a released player. No, the waiver deadline is noon tomorrow, Wednesday.Released players are vets with 4 yrs or more and can sign as a free agent. Waived players can be picked up by another team after 4 days and it goes by draft order who gets to dip into the waiver pool.
