AKB, how do I set up a listserv?

What I'd like to do is set up a listserv. Just a simple one will do, where people can sign up without a lot of hassle and then e-mail back and forth to each other. It'll be 300 people max and it'll probably be more like 100 people. It would be nice if people could sign up with whatever e-mail address they have now rather than having to get a new one just for this listserv. And it would be nice if it were free or didn't cost a lot.

Any ideas?
