I received the email to obtain my outback bowl tickets and have "accepted" them. That is, I signed in to the Outback Bowl account using my Ticketmaster email and password. I am now given the option to "transfer" my tickets, which I haven't done yet.

How do I proceed from here?

I have an android phone, but do not have Gpay that I know of. So how do I save the tickets to my "Wallet?" I have no clue where my "wallet" is or where it is located.

I have an android and I downloaded the Google pay app. From there I could save the tickets to my "wallet." I had an older Android and it wouldn't work. Google Pay wouldn't recognize any of my emails and/or passwords. Once I got a new Android phone this past September, it's worked fine.

Gpay is android's equivalent to Apple's "wallet"

It gives you an option to add a payment method, you do not need to add a payment option, I didn't, I just use it to store tickets from ticketmaster for concerts, sporting events and the like. Great when you have limited internet service at the entrance gate.

hope this helps

I stumbled around and did it on my iPhone all year. Like the boys said above have to get them into your wallet. clink on your email link to get to the sellers website, e.g. Ticketmaster. Click on view tickets. You don't transfer the ticket, but you might see a little wallet icon, and click on that or add to wallet. Make sure you do each one. Check your wallet to verify they transferred. Can always ask any teenager.

Okay, installed Gpay and downloaded tickets to Gpay. But they don't show up anywhere on the app. Where are they. This appears to be a major clusterf***.

Nevermind. Found them under "Pay."

What a crappy way to get and use tickets. And I have been pretty much up to date using a PC and Apps. I hardly use my phone to do any kind of business because I do not prefer to do things that way because I don't trust electronic methods for payment in most cases. Obviously this is a millenial thing.

I've got my tickets on my phone on the Outback Bowl website but I don't see a way to get them to Apple Wallet.

Go to the box office before the game aand have them print out a hard copy. That's what we have been doing for hockey (our soccer team has photorecognition entry) and for Genesis.

Open the ticket link. Click on the individual ticket . Look for the Apple wallet icon near the center , click on that . That should do it .

Sorry, but this is just so funny watching people fighting technology. Do you still have dial phones?

The Apple Wallet icon does not appear anywhere on my tickets.

Hmm, I'm not a techie. I'd call the selling agency and see if they can talk you through it. I have gotten e tickets through Ticketmaster and Vivid Seats, and they both worked and had a wallet icon.

Land line....

I have good reasons for not wanting a smart phone (I do have a cell phone). And I really like the photorecognition the Crew uses at their games.

Of course, my ticket for Thursday's Blue Jackets game just became invalid. Thanks COVID!
