So, did the Lions or the Jags screw themselves out of the #1 pick by winning today???

Funny thing is the Jags don't need any edge rushers and the kid from Oregon projects as the number one pick so I don't think it matters. The Lions need the top QB and the Jags don't need that either. My take is the Jags trade back in the first round for a team that needs a QB
Who is the top QB this year? I honestly have no idea. I think the jags should hire Doug Pederson or Leftwich.

Which of those quarterbacks are worthy of a team trading up to get? I find it hard to believe at Jacksonville I would get more than extra couple mid-round picks from somebody to jump up and get one of these quarterbacks.

Maybe they trade up for Thibodeaux?

Lions are NOT taking a qb this draft at 1 or 2. They will take Thib or Hutch

the Lions were playing Packs who had no incentive to win, and did not play everyone. I think the Colts had something on the line, and not sure how the Jags could beat any team with a pulse. Jags have a QB though, so they are going for some other spot.

Colts only had a playoff berth on the line

They do need WR's bad though lol. Millen was probably the worst GM in NFL history
Did you check out my friends BBQ place? Please let me know what you thought even if bad. I know stuff is pricey. I know he'd take criticism to heart if I let him know.

Fc.
The Eagles have picks 15 and 16 as well as their own choice, which won’t be determined until their postseason ends.

Both Jets and Giants with 2 top 10 picks. Eagles with 3 first rounders. That's a lot of number 1's. I'm trying to think of a time when so many teams had multiple no. 1's.

Believe me --- no NFL team is going to trade up to the #1 slot to draft a QB this year.
