we know stans and co. have been very good at developing big men and playing a big mans game, not so great in the gaurd development...wonder if this has anything to do with it?

other HC's are a signif part of a kid transfering. " Hey Ben/mr. Ben, I'll make you/your son a star and let you/him run the team here at ?????". whaduya say. whaduya say.

All the transfers who have hurt have been guards. All of the others were addition by subtraction, either because they weren't talented enough to play at the SEC level (Goodridge, Rimmer, Houston) or they were pieces of **** who hurt the team a lot more than they helped it (Jackson, Sharpe).

my bad, i was only thinking of the most recent transfering of players that were actually playing alot...like ervin, the delk twins, and now hansburogh.....my point was that stans and co. haven't been very good at developing the guard play and the offense is not designed for team play
