I passed this on to our legal department and suggested that we start a suit against an industry JV that was setup as a purchasing portal for the tier above us in the supply chain. This has caused us and our competitors harm. The customers maintain that their JV is procompetitive, but it is hurting the half dozen of us suppliers substantially. Under some of the reasoning of the the justices we may have a window.
