Please go to the 2:19:00 mark of the '97 FIesta Bowl where Chafie Fields is talking to coach at the end of the game. They are both smiling and laughing then, coach walks away and Chafie gives him what appears to be the "stink eye." I wonder with social media being what it is today if that would have gone viral. Of course, Chafie probably believed he should've been on the field more during the season and rightfully so. However, he did not hit the transfer portal when the season was over he persevered and played more the following three seasons. Chafie is one of my favorite PSU players of all-time and coach is my idol. Just always thought this was humorous...

I was at the game in Miami when he hauled in a 80 yard bomb for a TD and to win the game. Hell of a pass by Thompson (?) and catch. I was seating with UM fans who for the first time all game finally shut up.

Yup. I was at that game, and it was Thompson who threw the pass - with a Miami defensive lineman about to hit him.

I was at the game and by the Miami fans too. What a bunch of thugs. Was great to shove it in their faces at the end even tho’ we almost let a good start slip away. Best thing Ron Graham did was a key stop (4th down I think) near the end of that game

I think it was Mo Daniels that made that stop. Not Graham.

I just remember Lavar and Short were both on the bench for that play if my memory is correct. I too thought it was Graham that made the stop
