In today's Clarion Ledger story it says the players celebrated the win yesterday by diving and sliding through the puddles in the outfield while the speakers blared We Are The Champions. All that for taking 2 of 3 at home from a team that is only 5-11 on the road this season. That's just pathetic.

I got no problems with them playing in the mud puddles or whatever, but playing We Are the Champions after winning a series is absolutely embarrassing. Have we sunken this low? Seems like just a year ago that same song was ringing in Dudy-Noble after winning a Super Regional, now we break it out for our first series win. Holy crap, please let this season end soon!!
