Sometimes you roll the dice and lose! And then say to yourself, what the h*ll am I doing gambling?
A wise man said you never count your money while sitting at the table. Gotta know when to hold umm, when to fold umm, when to walk away and when to run 🤣🤣🤣🤣

He could have asked to return. I guess he didn’t. Time to say good bye to Mario. Best of luck to him and his new family.

Our average home attendance last year was around 78,000. Throw in big road games against UGA, UT and A&M and you had crowds approaching 100K or more.

Memphis' average home attendance last year was a touch under 30k. They played in front of fewer than 9k fans at Charlotte.

I hope the few extra thousand bucks he's getting is worth it to play in irrelevant venues and dead crowds.

You are treating Anderson like an old girlfriend that dumped you. You cried like a baby when she left you, and bad mouthed her when you knew she wasn't coming back. Let it go!

Want him back? We have Sanders now. Why would we want him back? He's a major downgrade for us now. With what we have now and the possible addition of Hill, he may not crack the 2 deep here next year.

And I'm not bad-mouthing him at all. I think it's awesome that he ended up at Memphis. It's the outcome I was hoping for.

It will always make me happy to see someone get burned in the portal. Every time.

Nice try with the tired analogy, though.

I love it. Guess SoCal and OU didn’t value him as much as he did himself. And don’t give me any of the lame “fedex money.” He’s there bc he overestimated his value.
I Hope the rest of the decisions in his life Aren’t this f__ked up!!🥺

Not to say that I agree with Vienna, but you are getting over emotional about where these kids end up going to school. Yes, we cheer for our guys in garnet and black, but it is not our decision at the end of the day. Attacking this guy over a message board is not going to change that. I said that when people were attacking Marshawn Lloyd and talking about how great "Super Mario" was. I said then that Anderson could transfer too you know. People thought that was funny, and now, here we are. Now, "Super Mario" is mediocre at best and you are glad he ended up at Memphis. With attitudes like yours, I see why players walk right on past fans with shades on and their ear buds in. Fans with attitudes like this don't deserve any attention.

Well, I thought he was good but not great. I am surprised he chose Memphis. Nothing against them but they are not a premier program. Maybe some of you are right that he found out Sanders was coming as well as the RB from North Texas. Anyway, he is gone and I don’t think we will miss him.
