I see where he is to visit Auburn this week. My battered MSU syndrome causes me to believe we may miss out. What do people who have a clue have to say about this as I have no idea how these recruiting battles operate?

Safe money is on MVB leaving and Lebby whiffing on Arnold. Remember last year when there were rumors of all the outstanding staff Lebby was assembling along with signing Dillion Gabriel? I do. And what did we end up with? Prepare for the worst.

According to someone who is suppose to be in the know it's about 90%. He is gonna take some visits and unless he is blown away he will be reuniting with Lebby by the first of next week. The word is MVB will be gone. Maybe keep Shapen on the cheap.

You have a high opinion of how well adjusted state fans are if you didn't think his Gabriel connection was being hyped by many people. And we're doing it again with another past QB connection. Our fans are either gullible or love disappointment. Both maybe?

Why would a QB of his caliber even consider coming to State? He's a waste of NIL with a SWAC OL protecting him. Got fix the lines first.

I think the majority of our fanbase who are active on MBs/Social Media is just plain dumb. This board is bad enough, but a bunch of Elons compared to the mental midgets on elite dawgs. To cap it off, our fans who post in our FB fan forums are dumber than x 10 than SPSers or ED posters. To be fair, I do think we have a fair share of rebels masquerading as State fans in an effort to make us look even dumber.

I'm pretty confident in landing Arnold but it is always possible we could lose all 3. Wind up with Shapen and Taylor. Worst case scenario. My biggest concern is NOT hearing any talk of DL prospects visiting. Hopefully our future center visited Sunday. No commitment tho. The rumor is Auburn is paying him 25k just to visit. Idk about that.
Reading any FB/IG comments on the MSU pages is definitely embarrassing. It’s proof that grandmas shouldn’t have access to social media.

If Shapen can stay healthy, that’s not bad. But if he gets injured yet again we’re in trouble.
