One of the most high profile Dallas weddings will take place this Saturday at Arlington Hall on Turtle Creek Boulevard, as Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo is scheduled to tie the knot with former Miss Missouri Candice Crawford at 6:30 p.m.

While the two have attempted to keep the event as low key as possible, here are the details that are circulating the Internet.

Romo’s dating history

The couple began dating in 2009, two months after Romo separated from singer Jessica Simpson . Before his relationship with Simpson, Romo, 31, dated "American Idol" winner Carrie Underwood.

Crawford’s background

Since graduating with a journalism degree from the University of Missouri in 2009, the 24-year-old Lubbock native recently worked as a sports reporter with CW 33 KDAF. Crawford, who was Miss Missouri in 2008 , graduated from TCA-Addison in 2005.

The proposal

Romo proposed on Dec. 16, 2010 at Crawford’s 24th birthday party, which was held at the Dallas restaurant Five Sixty.

Crawford’s celebrity sibling

Crawford’s brother, Chace Crawford , is a model and actor who played Nate Archibald on The CW's Gossip Girl.

The wedding venue

“They’re just really neat people so I think the party is going (to) have an effervescent feel to it." Fiscus told CBSDFW.com. “We did lots of man food. I have a lot of football players to feed.”

Fiscus, who has designed parties for Grammy-winning artists, said the reception is going to be incredible.

“Tony is the music man,” he told CBSDFW.com.

“He’s designed all of it,” Fiscus said referring to the acts that are scheduled to perform.

“It’s a beautiful, beautiful party,” he added, “probably one of my favorite parties we will do this year.”

Don’t sweat the small stuff

Crawford is picking her battles when it comes to planning all of the details.

"I don't care what type of shape the napkin is, I really could care less,” she told OK Magazine in February. “Wedding planning is definitely taking on a job of its own."

Cowboys owner Jerry Jones has recently confirmed his invite. Jones recently received permission from the NFL to attend despite the league being in a lockout.

"I've gotten special permission," Jones told ESPN's Ed Werder. "But more than anything, (I got the) right ticket from him and his fianceé -- Romo's wife-to-be. (It's) one of prettiest invitations I've ever seen.

"So, yes, I will be there and (I'm) proud for him. He's got the best end of this deal."

“You dream about this as a little girl and you don’t dream that Badgley Mischka's going to do your bridesmaid dresses,” Crawford recently revealed to MyFOXDFW.com.
