All of the big boys (Evans, Ward and Brown) are gooey eyed over the success of LSU and Bama.

Going to be very tough pulls.

I have no doubt that this year's excuse will be pursuit of championships despite the fact we can offer early playing time at DL and LB.

"I haven't been doing many interviews at all. I changed my phone and no one had the new number for awhile. I have had high interest in Alabama for awhile, and now you can say it is extremely high," said Evans, a 6-foot-2, 300-pounder who visited Tuscaloosa Saturday for the Tide's big win over Arkansas. "After my visit Saturday, they are right at the top. They are going to be tough to beat for sure.

"The way that defense was swarming around and hitting folks, you couldn't help but want to suit up and go in there. Everyone feeds off each other on that defense. It was amazing. Probably my favorite visit ever."

He's set up to go back over on Nov 5 for the LSU game.

Somebody really needs to help this dude. Playing time and benefits, Quay. Playing time and benefits.

Mullen and Co. can't pull a good share of these difference maker type players within Mississippi then he is going to need to tone down the talk about winning championships. You can't win championships without some players of that caliber and we have to get those types from within MS because we are just not likely going to pull them out of other states. Its funny how Evans, Ward, etc. are all supposedly about helping the state of MS win a championship until they go visit a school that's already at a championship level (and really can take or leave them because they have so many available talented players) and all that talk goes out the window.

Our only hope is that he doesn't fit in Bama's 25. And yes that may be a possibility with how good their class will be. They'd probably make room but it'll come down to kicking out some other 4 or 5 star player. Imagine shuffling your class around deciding which 4 and 5 star recruits you have to weed out. Must be tough to be Nick Saban or Les Miles.
