Anybody remember a DE from the Lou Holtz era named Shaun Smith?

I was playing one of my old madden games and this guy was dominating the game so I looked him up. According to his bio, he was a JUCO from Kansas who played on the Outback Bowl teams and his final season was 2002. He went on to the NFL and played for the Browns and Bengals, but I for the life of me do not remember him playing here, and I remember almost all the players from those teams.

I remember him being highly touted out of juco I believe. I remember him as more of an interior defensive lineman but I could be wrong.
