You forgot Fast n Loud and Fat and Furious.

My cousin knew the Fat and Furious guys from the Youngstown area and said they were a bunch of idiots. My cousin was a car modifier (street rods) way back in the late 70’s and was quite knowledgeable about the business. Moved to FL in the early 80’s and never got back into the car mod business, even as a hobby.

I met the Vegas Rat Rod crew at SEMA. They are a great bunch of guys.

I’ve seen most of those you named, but I don’t watch them routinely. I’m a bit of a gear head myself. Fantomworks is one of my favorites. Bitchin Rides is good also. There used to be a show on that people would bring their car and they would look it over a estimate it’s worth. That was pretty entertaining also. I think it was called “What’s my car worth?” They had some pretty rare cars on there.

I like the Bitchin' Rides guys. Kindig's designs are creative without being weird, and I like the chemistry and professionalism of his team. My car would be a '67 Chevelle, and they would do the work. For pure restoration, I was always impressed with Fantom Works. If I had a late 30's coupe and wanted it to look like it came off the assembly line, they'd get the job.

I love Graveyard Carz because I love the Mopars. Mark Worman is a genius, but I can only take him in small doses. If he is really always "on" like that, I don't know how those guys can work with him.

Not necessarily a build show, but I like Wheeler Dealers. They do a lot of things you can do in your own garage.

I started watching All Girls Garage with my daughter when she was small. She thought it was cool that girls were working on cars.

Counting cars for sure. Although the other's you mention are good as well. But I like the quality and details of the Kount's cars. And Ryan the painter is top notch. (Not to mention the incredible air brushing from Horny Mike)

FantomWorks is/was the best (I had heard they decided all the TV people were slowing down their work efficiencies and so they may have stopped filming). I like this because the guy seems no nonsense, and not really interesting in hamming it up for the camera.

Only slightly related, but I always wondered if my life would have been totally different if York US30 drag strip had never closed. It was what my family did for the summer (well that and my baseball games). Dad still has his 69 Chevelle in the garage. Now that he’ll be 79 next month I have to find a way to keep it in the family despite forgetting all I knew about cars in the 70’s. It’d be expensive, but worth it. I need an extra garage stall, but I’m not moving just for that.

I did like that show. It was like Antique Roadshow, but for cars. I really love Chasing Classic cars for the same reason. I want to see barn finds go to auction and get $$$$.

Fantomworks May have less fabricated drama (this has to be done tomorrow), but the owner does seem to ham it up at times when helping to diagnose an issue. It’s still one of my favorites, as they typically do not modify significantly like Bitchin Rides.

I used to watch Bitchin Rides, but it became the same way Orange County Choppers became (for me) - too much about things not related to the build. But, that is what drives viewership.

As far as quality of work - wouldn't be able to tell you. But, if I had car I wanted resto-modded, I would feel better about letting the guys at FantomWorks do it, than most other guys that you see on TV with these shows.

I miss FantomWorks show. I'd take them to do any build. I wouldn't trust half of those listed to deliver a safe reliable build.

A few more to add to the list, Texas Metal, West Coast Customs, and Overhaulin. I haven't heard of several on your list, but of the ones I'm familiar with, I think Bitchin Rides and Overhaulin put out the best product. I'd be more than happy with something like this or 240Z restomod.

Full Custom Garage is a good one.

If you ever want to see a guy that can really form metal it is Ian Roussel. Some of the stuff he does is a little over the top but there is no drama on the show.
Yes, I wouldn’t want to own what he builds, but he is very creative and capable
