Anyone got plans to go to the Central MS Dawg Day Afternoon?

Wasn't directing that at you,specifically, Porkchop,more at the senders. Just seems like overkill how they send so many invites out, even after we respond. I understand there's lots of mailing lists they work from,but still would hope they could use another system.</p>

I got the first email regarding the afternoon that I've noticed today. Lately a lot of my MSU-related emails have been going to my spam folder.

seems to be direct mail impaired, as far as I can tell. Dedupes, purges of respondents, etc. don't seem to be in their plan.

But I was impresed with Byrne. I like his vision for MSU. He wants to build the base, he actually wants to market our athletic program, and he talks a lot about upgrading facilities and making sure we do it right rather than just slapping a quick fix on it. I honeslty believe he will end up being a big time hire for us, and I fully expect him to build our athletic program into much more of a force in terms of competiveness and revenue, not that it will ever be on the level of Florida or LSU mind you. I have full confidence that he will hire a top notch baseball coach.</p>
