Anyone have any idea what the violations are?

If they were bad enough to distance the program from a guy through termination, however it was engineered, then they were bad enough for some sort of sanctions to ensue.

Oh yeah, we fired a guy, didnt we?

If i recall, it was "tampering" and the guy was dumb enoughnnot to use an intermediary to contact a player or players.

This is exactly the type of thing that everyone is doung, but an example will be madenof a middling team.

Right. And to your point above, I'm not even sure what a recruiting violation could be these days.

We should 100% tell the NCAA to kick rocks!!! What are they going to do? Keep us from going to the CFP? Prevent us from winning a championship? They're toothless, hapless, and worthless. Of course, we have Ray; We'll probably self-impose a reduction in scholarships, visits, coaching staff and no more home-baked cookies at practice. (No...... I'm not salty when it comes to the NCAA.....or Ray)

Auburn showed the world how to deal with the NCAA with $cam. Tell them to F' off and deny everything and don't help them in any way.

Our only problem is; we're not good enough to do that, middling programs are used as "examples" by the NCAA. That said, what are they going to do? If they take away scholarships we can give NIL money to a player to pay his tuition, room and board with.

The article says the NCAA haven't served any notice yet; another case of self-reporting, it sounds like.

This day and time if there is any punishment it comes as show cause for offending coach and maybe some reduction in scholarships which is going to 105 soon.
