Supposedly, Arnett basically turned over hiring of all assistant coaches to him and was being secretly controlled by him on the sidelines during games. Seems far-fetched, but there are some people who seem to believe this.

He really shouldn’t be. For his job title he should just be organizing summer camps for high school kids and making sure the locker rooms have enough towels. the guy is a disaster.
