Anyone still following college baseball?

Anyone still following college baseball? A lot of good college teams. Everyone expected NIL to change football a lot, and it will. But it may change baseball even more. Most baseball players got partial scholarships. If generous NIL money starts floating around baseball, some guys who were late MLB draft picks may play college, and it certainly will make a lot of player happy who otherwise would have to pay much of their own way.

Some very good games last 2 days. More tonight I hope.
Texas is a game away from elimination in the super regional with East Carolina. Texas was down 7-2, came back to go ahead 8-7 in the eighth, only to give up a tying solo HR in the 9th. However in the back half of the 9th a Texas player hit a walkoff based loaded single to win the game. I don't think this is a championship Texas team because the pitching isn't there, but the team has a lot of heart.

Been watching until they start getting blown out.

Somethings up with the baseballs since the Regionals started.... What happened to all the good pitching that got these teams there???

For Texas, our best pitcher, Witt, is going to have Tommy John surgery and one of the best of the others is having arm problems. They takes Texas from a strong WS contender, to gotta win tomorrow to even get there.

I can't explain how No.2 Stanford has given up 13 runs to UConn and is only in the 7th inning as I write this.

Texas gets no sympathy from me on losing pitchers....

Yep. Watching it. Doubt I'll watch the games today though. But it has been a couple really good college baseball weekends.
Made better by UNC and UT being sent packing.

Just looked at the bracket - but haven't been watching. Seeing Oklahoma and Texas in the World Series already and 3 SEC teams (4 SEC teams if Auburn wins). OU and UT to the SEC is making the conference way more formidable in more than just football.
